Welcome to my website! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Jessica Young and simply put, I love events! From weddings to parties to outreaches to corporate meetings. Anything that brings people together and gives me the opportunity to plan, organize, coordinate, and serve those in attendance. I truly enjoy coming alongside hosts and relieving their stress – whether it be a bride or MOB, a corporate boss or a friend trying to throw a party. Guiding people through the planning process and watching them live in the joy of their event is my passion. With years of experience in administration, hospitality, and event planning around the globe (3 years in India), I’m eager to help you make your vision become reality!

Before the Day

  • Services begin 6 months before wedding date
  • Unlimited email communication
  • Two virtual consultations for timeline creation and final event review
  • One venue walkthrough for timeline review and layout creation
  • Access to preferred vendors list
  • Review all venue and vendor contracts
  • Rehearsal coordination
  • Detailed day of timeline creation and distribution to all necessary parties
  • Assistance with floor plan and layout

Day Of

  • Lead Coordinator onsite for 12 hours; Assistant Coordinator on-site for up to 12 hours
  • Point of Contact for venue, vendors, master of ceremonies/officiant(s), wedding party, guests
  • Coordinating DJ/MC and other person(s) regarding ceremony and reception flow and key moments (cake, toasts, dances, etc.)
  • Helping guide the bride and groom from one moment to the next
  • Greet vendors, wedding party, & VIP guests
  • Provide wedding day “emergency kit”
  • Oversee ceremony and reception site set-up, and initiate clean-up
  • Placement of various items that may not be handled by other vendors such as: menus, programs, place cards, guest book, favors
  • Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors as necessary
  • Distribute thank you’s or specific gifts
  • Ensuring end of event arrangements are made for items such as guestbook, gifts, toasting flutes, cake cutters/toppers, etc.
  • Coordinate and confirm arrival and departure times with vendors
  • Confirm rental item quantities
  • Keep things moving, reduce your stress, and so much more!…

  • 3 hour initial consultation for timeline creation and vision casting
  • 2 hour venue walkthrough for layout creation
  • 1 hour consultation with your chosen volunteer coordinator

From blue collar to medical to education (both local and overseas) to hospitality to church to tourism, I have worked in a variety of environments. With these diversified work experiences comes a unique understanding of how to best serve each industry through the planning and coordinating of events.

I’ve transformed a drab carport tent into a romantic and cozy Christmas date (thanks to COVID), planned gatherings from 10 to over 200, and hosted a variety of parties and showers (both in-person and remote).
